Central Rodeo Cowboys Association Inc.

The Central Rodeo Cowboys Association was formed in 1990 with the intent of assisting committees to hold professionally run, profitable rodeos within the more inland areas of Queensland. 

Since its inception, the CRCA have been active in forming and enforcing a code of conduct and event procedures that embrace the Welfare of Animals in rodeo. With a Management Committee who are elected annually from a membership that shares an unrelenting focus on this topic, the CRCA are continually reviewing and amending their policies and procedures to ensure the safety of both competitor and livestock at their events.

Today the CRCA services a large area, ranging from Bundaberg in the south to Alpha in the west and Mt Carbine in the north.  Rodeos are run under the CRCA banner with an impressive Finals event at the end of the year. The CRCA have permanent administration staff that assist many affiliated committees with their events.
