The NRCA National Rodeo Finals attracts in excess of 5,000 people over two nights of non-stop adrenaline pumping rodeo action including a wide range of specialty Country and Western trade stands indoors/outdoors at the Dalby Showgrounds and live entertainment throughout.
In addition to the rodeo both nights, stall holders are also given the opportunity to take advantage of FREE trading at the Cowboys Country Markets which will be held on Saturday morning 3rd November 2018 from 8am-2pm (ENTRY TO THE MARKET IS FREE), that's THREE trading sessions! Alternatively you can choose to trade Saturday ONLY at the main Market for as little as $45!
Stall holders play an important role at the Finals, adding an exciting element to the venue by helping create a unique atmosphere during the event. The support of stall holders over the years has helped ensure the popularity of the event and has contributed to consistently strong visitor numbers.
We offer two types of stall holder sites- Indoor (3m x 3m) and Outdoor (3m x 3m also incl. Gooseneck Traders). Site fees range from only $45 for a SATURDAY MORNING Market stall or TWO DAY stalls which start from $200, $250, $300 or $400 dependent on size.
The NRCA asks Stall Holders who are interested in securing a site to complete the Stall Holder Application Form below by Monday 29th October 2018.
*Stall Holders are required to provide their own stand/shell for the event.
Please note, the NRCA will only accept applications for food and/or beverage stalls only when a food license (refer below) along with adequate public liability insurance (applies to ALL stalls) is provided by the stall holder.
FOOD BUSINESS LICENCE INFORMATION
Please note, if you hold a Queensland Licensed Mobile Food Van - you are NOT required to apply for another license however your license must be CURRENT and forwarded to our office with the information outlined above. If you do NOT hold a Queensland Licensed Mobile Food Van then you are required to do the following:If you have another State's mobile food licence you will need to apply for a Queensland one to operate, either;1. Temporary Food Business Licence - $46 for 3 days for Queensland2. Queensland Mobile Food Business Licence - $333 for 12 months ORIf you are a charity; you will need to apply for a temporary food stall permit and dependent on whether you have proof of not-for-profit status; the fee is approx. $46 or waived PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 10-30 DAYS FOR APPLICATION ASSESSMENT (*this only applies to NEW Food Business Licence Applications)
